APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Your Complete Application Should Consist of the Following:

Completed Application Form (either on-line application or mail-in form)
$35 Application Fee
Official Transcripts Sent Directly to EKU Graduate School
Official GRE / MAT / GMAT Score (Check with your program for appropriate test)
Official Scores must be sent directly to the Graduate School

International Students Must Also Submit the Following:

There are earlier deadlines for all international applications.

Declaration of Finances Form
Official TOEFL Scores Sent Directly to EKU Graduate School

The entire application package, including the $35 application fee, must be received by the Graduate School before the application will be considered.
