Graduate Council

GRADUATE COUNCIL

The Graduate Council proposes policies and standards concerning graduate study and program requirements. The council makes recommendations to the Provost for Academic Affairs. The council membership is comprised of thirteen graduate faculty and two graduate students all of whom are appointed by the President from nominations by the Faculty Senate and/or the Student Association. The council is chaired by a faculty member elected by the membership of the Graduate Council. The Dean of Graduate Education & Research serves as a non-voting member.

The next Graduate Council meeting will be held on February 4, 2007 at 11:30 p.m. in SSB 549 .
